We have have a 14 day return policy, if your item arrives damaged, simply return the unused product and we will gladly issue a return. Prior to returning your item(s), please email us your order number via email@example.com and your intentions for the return request so that our Stass & Co team can assist you with a smooth transaction. Stass & Co will refund the value of your item (via the original form of payment) within 7 days of receiving and accepting the returned item in the same condition in which it was shipped. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty. You will be notified by email once the transaction has taken place.
Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds or exchanges for Stass & Co. products purchased at other stockists. Only products purchased on stassandco.com may be returned or exchange. Items purchased in a department store, specialty retailer or elsewhere must be returned to their original point of purchase.

Please email email@example.com within 14 days of receiving your item(s) with your full name and order number, and state the reason for the exchange. Please note we do not reimburse shipping costs, and will send the exchanged item back to you free of charge.
Business days are from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Once received we will send an email confirming the receipt and processing of your exchange request.
We accept credit card, MasterCard or Visa. We also offer a Paypal option. For security purposes, your billing name and address must match the credit card information used for payment.
From time to time, we love to gift our customers with special promotional offers via email. These offers are available for a limited time only and expire on the date communicated. Upon checkout, please be sure to enter the promotion code exactly as it appears in the communication.

We offer world-wide airmail delivery. Our goal is to deliver your order to you in the most timely fashion possible. We strive to process all orders within 1 - 2 days of ordering.
We do not have express post as an option in checkout - however if you require an urgent order please email email@example.com and we can organise this for you. Express postage will be at your expense, and will be calculated based on weight and location.
International orders can take up to 23 days to be received after being posted.
